Aaron Greene

Aaron has been in the real estate business for over 20 years, including 19 years as a commercial real estate lender. Most recently, he was a bridge lender at Calmwater Capital, but in the 10 years prior, Aaron was a lender at Signature Bank. Before his time at Signature, Aaron originated mezzanine loans at RCG Longview and CMBS loans at Bear Stearns. Aaron began his career as an auditor at Deloitte exclusively working on Vornado Realty Trust. Aaron holds a BS from Rutgers University, a MS from Seton Hall University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

William Rossiter

Mr. Rossiter is responsible for helping arrange debt and equity for the firms clients. His responsibilities include analysis, marketing and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States.

Mr. Rossiter graduated with a BA from Kenyon College.

Edward LeBoyer

Mr. LeBoyer joined Estreich & Company in 2022 and is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. His responsibilities include analysis, marketing and placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States. Mr. LeBoyer graduated from Richmond, American University in London with a BS in Finance & Investment.

James Mirman

Mr. Mirman recently joined Estreich & Company at the beginning of 2022 after nearly 40 years as a successful commercial real estate lender.  Beginning in 1982, he worked at: National Westminster Bank USA, The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Ltd, Fleet Bank, Eurohypo Bank and finally at Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba).  During that time, he financed most real estate property types throughout the United States involving many real estate loan products.

Mr. Mirman holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado.

Scott Tami

Mr. Tami is responsible for arranging equity and debt for Estreich & Company’s clients as well as creating and maintaining institutional relationships.  Prior to joining Estreich, Mr. Tami held roles at Bank of America, UBS and URS Capital.  Mr. Tami is an active member of REBNY and the YMWREA as well as holds his NY State Real Estate Salesperson license.

Mr. Tami obtained a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Pat Callan

Mr. Callan joined Estreich & Company in 2019 and is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. His responsibilities include the analysis, marketing and placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States. Mr. Callan graduated from Bentley University in 2019 with a BS in Economics and Finance and a minor in Law.
