John Caraviello

Mr. Caraviello joined Estreich & Company in 2019 and is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. His responsibilities include the analysis, marketing and placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States.

Mr. Caraviello graduated from Trinity College in 2019 with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Urban Studies where he was also a Captain of the Men’s Lacrosse Team.

Steven Rubenstein

Steven Rubenstein, CFA responsible for arranging debt and equity for Estreich and Company’s clients as well as creating and maintaining institutional relationships. Previous to Estreich and Company Steven worked in Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance at Meridian Capital Group where he arranged debt and equity capital for all types of US and foreign based real estate clients. Steven began his career in financial services as an equity derivatives trader working on the floor of The American Stock Exchange. His background includes experience in Equity Research at Citigroup, capital formation at a small event driven hedge fund, and various projects consulting with boutique investment funds. Steven has a BA from SUNY Albany and an MBA from Columbia University. He is fluent in Hebrew, Spanish, and Portuguese. Among his other non-profit work, Steven is a member of the board of the Hillel Center at Baruch College, City College of New York, is a member of the fundraising board at Rebuilding Together New York City and is past committee member of the Jewish Federation of North America Investment Institute planning committee.

Marc Bosnyak

Mr. Bosnyak is responsible for arranging debt and equity for Estreich and Company’s clients as well as creating and maintaining institutional relationships. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bosnyak spent nine years at Standard Chartered Bank in Shanghai and Hong Kong, most recently as an Executive Director in the Commercial Real Estate Banking group. At Standard Chartered Bank, Mr. Bosnyak focused on global private equity firms doing business in Greater China, developed relationships with senior levels in New York, London, Singapore and Hong Kong and was responsible for portfolio management of the China loan book. In total, Mr. Bosnyak completed over $8 billion in real estate financing.

Prior to working at Standard Chartered, Mr. Bosnyak spent 8 years at Capital Trust in New York and Shanghai, where he was responsible for underwriting and structuring real estate debt products. Marc was also previously with JP Morgan (including heritage banks Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan) in New York.

Mr. Bosnyak hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and received a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Raffi Landau

Mr. Raffi Landau is responsible for helping arrange debt for the firm’s clients. His responsibilities include analysis, marketing, and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the country.

Mr. Landau graduated from Capella University’s Harold Abel school of Social Sciences, with a Masters degree in Psychology. Prior to joining Estreich and Company, Mr. Landau lived with his family of seven in Jerusalem, Israel.

Peter Duncan

Mr. Duncan is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. He is responsible for analysis, marketing and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States. Mr. Duncan graduated from the University of Dublin, Trinity College with a BA in History and Politics.

John Feeney

Mr. Feeney brings to the team more than 25 years of extensive experience in a broad range of commercial real estate services. John founded JM Feeney & Associates with a mission to fill a need for more competitive debt financing for office, industrial and retail properties in the Boston area, and since then has personally negotiated the sourcing and placement of more than $2 billion in debt and equity services for his clients.

Mr. Feeney’s entrepreneurial spirit and track record of success in delivering creative debt and equity solutions make him an ideal fit as Capital Alliance Advisors continues their expansion in the Greater Boston market.
