Mr. Zaro is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. He is responsible for analysis, marketing and the placement of financing, secured by all property types, throughout the United States.
Mr. Zaro graduated with a BA from Syracuse University.
Mr. Allerhand is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. He is responsible for analysis, marketing and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States.
Mr. Allerhand graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics.
Mr. Brooks is responsible for helping arrange debt and equity for the firm’s clients. His responsibilities include analysis, marketing and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States. Prior to joining Estreich & Company in 2014, Mr. Brooks was a financial advisor with MassMutual Financial Group.
Mr. Brooks holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.
Mr. Anderson is responsible for arranging equity and debt for Estreich & Company’s clients as well as creating and maintaining institutional relationships. Prior to joining Estreich, Mr. Anderson was a Vice President at the private equity firm RCG Longview where he focused on JV equity acquisitions and mezzanine debt originations. Prior to joining RCG Longview, he worked as a private equity, senior analyst for CBRE Global Investors.
Mr. Anderson holds a MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BS in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.
Ms. Estreich is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm’s clients. Since joining the firm in 2013, Ms. Estreich has been responsible for analysis, marketing, and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the United States.
Ms. Estreich graduated with a BA from Trinity College.
Mr. Coston is responsible for helping arrange debt and equity for the firm’s clients. His responsibilities include analysis, marketing and the placement of financing secured by all property types throughout the country. Prior to joining Estreich & Co. in June 2013, Mr. Coston was a Project Manager at Alembic Community Development; a New York City based Development Company specializing in the financing and construction of affordable housing throughout the city.
Mr. Coston holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University.
