James Mirman
Mr. Mirman recently joined Estreich & Company at the beginning of 2022 after nearly 40 years as a successful commercial real estate lender. Beginning in 1982, he worked at: National Westminster Bank USA, The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Ltd, Fleet Bank, Eurohypo Bank and finally at Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba). During that time, he financed most real estate property types throughout the United States involving many real estate loan products.
Mr. Mirman holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado.
