JONATHAN M. ESTREICH
Mr. Estreich has successfully placed over $15 billion in debt and equity secured by office, retail, residential, industrial and hotel properties for Estreich & Company. Prior to founding Estreich & Company, as a New York City division manager in the Real Estate Group at National Westminster Bank, USA, Mr. Estreich established a $1 billion real estate loan portfolio, managed all real estate lending and loan participants and acted as liaison with British developers and investors.
Prior to joining NatWest, he was a loan officer at Mellon Bank, a property manager at Chase Manhattan Bank and an assistant supervisor of construction at Tishman Realty & Construction. Mr. Estreich holds a B.A. in history from Trinity College.
Mr. Estreich is also a founding partner of RCG Longview Debt Fund IV, L.P. RCG Longview Debt Fund IV is a $600 million debt fund that was started in 2009 to invest in mezzanine loans, bridge loans, and preferred equity facilities. PATRICK MCDONNELL
Firm Principal Patrick McDonnell has successfully closed over $14 billion in debt secured by all property types. Formerly a vice president at D.B.G. Property Corporation, Mr. McDonnell refinanced and disposed of 18 transactions totaling $74 million. He also acquired eight properties aggregating over $90 million.
Prior to joining D.B.G., he worked as an acquisition analyst at Gestam Incorporated and as a real estate associate for Merrill Lynch. Mr. McDonnell holds a B.A. in economics from Iona College.
LEN NOVICK
Since joining in September of 2001, Len Novick has successfully completed over $1.2 billion in financings with a strong emphasis on retail, office and single tenanted net–leased properties.
Prior to joining Estreich & Company Mr. Novick was co–head of the investment sales department at Garrick–Aug Inc. in Manhattan. He holds a B.A. from Syracuse University.
CARL AMOROSINO
Mr. Amorosino is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm's clients. Since joining the firm, Mr. Amorosino has been responsible for origination, analysis, marketing, and placement of over $2 billion in financings secured by all property types throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Estreich & Company, Mr. Amorosino was a leasing broker for Newmark Knight Frank. He holds a BS from Tulane University.
ARAM PEHLIVANIAN
Mr. Pehlivanian is responsible for business origination, institutional banking relationships, and the arranging of debt and equity for the firm's clients. His background includes experience in construction project management, portfolio management, investment sales, and mortgage banking.
Mr. Pehlivanian's credentials include a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University, a JD/MBA in Finance from The University of Akron, and a BS in Construction Management from Purdue University. He is also a frequent guest lecturer on real estate finance at New York University, is a licensed broker in the state of New York and is also a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars.

CHRISTOPHER BARNET
Mr. Barnet is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm's clients. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Barnet has been responsible for analysis, marketing and placement of over $1.5 billion in financings secured by all property types throughout the United States.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Fairfield's Dolan School of Business and attended NYU's Masters in Real Estate Program from 2005–2006.
TIMOTHY J. MULLOWNEY
Mr. Mullowney is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm's clients. Since joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Mullowney has been responsible for analysis, marketing, and placement of over $1 billion in financings secured by all property types throughout the United States.
He holds a BS from Fordham University's College of Business Administration.
OLEG FELDSHER
Mr. Feldsher is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm's clients. Since joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Feldsher has been responsible for analysis, marketing, and placement of financings secured by all property types throughout the United States.
He holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College.
EDWARD FINNEGAN
Mr. Finnegan is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm's clients and has a number of long–term relationships with life companies, banks, and institutional investors. Mr. Finnegan has over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining the firm in November 2007, Mr. Finnegan worked for 13 years at HFF in the Albany, New Jersey, and New York City offices. During his tenure at HFF, Mr. Finnegan worked on over $5 billion of first mortgage and structured finance transactions. Mr. Finnegan is a licensed Real Estate broker in New York and is a member of Real Estate Board of New York.
SAL TORRE
Mr. Torre is responsible for arranging debt and equity for the firm's clients and creating and maintaining institutional relationships. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Torre spent eight years at Bank of America, most recently serving as a Managing Director of Northeast Originations for the Real Estate Structured Finance Group. During his tenure at Bank of America he was responsible for originating over $5 billion of loans for securitization. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Torre spent eight years at the former Chase Manhattan Bank, where he began his career in commercial real estate finance. Mr. Torre holds a Bachelors degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
